Around 6 weeks ago Vitalik published a blog post about a so called medium-of-exchange token. http://vitalik.ca/general/2017/10/17/moe.html

I see that investors are a lot more attracted by equity token, which have a direct feedback to revenues and probably even voting rights. On the other side it's regulatory-wise quite complicated to implement equity token in a viable timeframe and without wasting a lot of time and money by dealing with authorities.

In my opinion a medium-of-exchange token combines the best of both worlds. Being regulatory easy to implement, but also giving a good opportunity to investors. What do you think about it? Might a moe-token probably even be more attractive as an investor I know that no time was wasted for dealing with authorities and all efforts were invested in the product?
