it's just a small prediction but if it's 500k $ in 3-4 years I think that's impossible. the possibility of just going to pump for now remain in the future could have turned into a dump.

None of us here can really tell on what will bitcoins value over the year, these are mere speculation only and cant be back by proof.

You are late with the news he changed his mind. McAfee gave another speculation and that is bitcoin will be worth $1M on 2020 and he will still eat his member.

maybe! but nobody was expecting $16,000 in 2017 either! back in 2016 and even in earlier this year, everyone was saying $1200 is the end and they were all seeing "Mt Gox 2013 bubble" all over again and were predicting $200 crash! and the bulls were predicting barely $2000 by the end of the year (now). and the rest is history.

the bitcoin rises have always been unpredictable. we may see it in 2 years or we may see a bear market for 1 year and then rise to it in 3 years. but i think it depends on how high the current price will go. if it  doesn't go crazy and stops to consolidate, it may be reached in 2 years.

John McAfee has revised his prediction. His expectation of $500k in 3 years was based on the assumption that Bitcoin will reach $5k in 2017. When Bitcoin crossed $10k, he revised his prediction to $1 million in 2020. He even promised to do something obscene if it didn't happen. Looking at the way the price is going, he could be proven right.

Bitcoin will definitely going to go as high as $500000 by this time 2020.I have been following this bitcoin price for quite some time now and I think McAfee comments and all the analysis are going to come to past as many are holding there bitcoin now and few are selling. If this progressive geometric continues definitely bitcoin will reach his predictions before time. I will definitely going to save my current holding at list 50% till that time.
