Withdrawing from BTCE or MTGOX

I have $250 in my BTCE account and need to withdraw it to my bank account as im currently having hard times.

They no longer allow you to withdraw through paypal and wont allow wire transfers under 1000usd.

Whats the fastest method i can use to withdraw the money?? (im in the UK if you need to know)
Im also not verified on any sites or mtgox.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
