Venezuela President claimed he wanted to create national cryptocurrency. What are your thoughts on that? Is it hype or long-term intention?

Please. The same people who drove the country to ruin now want to create a coin. It takes a lot of expertise and experience to create a stable and full functioning cryptocurrency. Otherwise it's volatile and could be worse for the people
