i have my new S9/apw3++ rigged and i have no output on the psu i try 120v and 240v and noting no output. any suggestions

can the psu enter a lock state if current is 243Vac at the input.

PSU is probably NFG.
Happened with one of my original APW3++ too. Had to return it.

- Try to start with just Control board connected (no hash board connected to power), if it works, try with just one hashboard connected.

- If you are using a powerbar, check power bar's fuse.

- Try power outlet on different circuit.

- Try using alternative power supply if available.
