So I made a serious blunder. Intending to purchase an Antminer through Bitmain's website
www.bitmain.com. I ended up sending bitcoins to Bitmain's bitcoin cash address. The bitcoins went through, but Bitmain is telling me they don't have any record of it. I have read other posts about how to retrieve it, but do not have a clear picture of what to do - or how to instruct Bitmain to help out. Would some knowledgeable in how to resolve this -get my BTC back- please lay out the steps I should take with Bitmain, so that I can resolve this? Or, if there are alternatives to having my bitcoins returned, please share. Please only respond with solutions. Thanks.
