I believe that many new users out there are attracted by their multi-crypto currency platform. I have to say that their product seems awesome, however i strongly believe that its a big scam!! Never let anyone get hold of your wallet private keys, its like giving them access keys to your vault. I made a terrible mistake of transfering BCH to BTC wallet and i cant get back my refund after more than 12 days. I realised that i am at the losing end as i dont have my private keys, i cant do anything without it. I've been ask to contact the in-app support for any problems, but they feel like a bot just replying you the same message all over. All they do is just asking me to wait and it should not take a couple of days. I dont think i will ever get my coins back. Its a very expensive lesson learnt.

Why is this app still functioning as normal when there are so many victims of similar cases out there??? Cant we do anything about this??? Why is appstore allowing such app to be listed?Huh I really hope victims of FREEWALLET to share your experience and warn everyone about this.   Angry

Well, last few month there are so many reports about this wallet, I mean an account, there's no way to call a bitcoin wallet that ask for email address. Try to contact then rep or the admin of the site here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1177176, and obviously its your fault so don't blame the service afterall.

Anyway I PM'ed the user to respond here.

If I understand correct you sentd BCH to BTC address, so  I am astonished why you blame freewallet as scam,
if it's yours and just your mistake.

Why are you blaming freewallet for your mistake and calling it a scam?
If you send BTC to a bch wallet with bitcoin core dies that make bitcoin core a scam?

Ok guys i can explain, i was doing a BCC transfer from my coin payment account to freewallet BCC account. However i was too quick to select my BTC address by mistake as thats what i normally use. Since Freewallet supports multi-currency, i got it mixed up. I contacted coinpayment support immediately, they said i could retrieved it back with my private keys. After that i realised that FREEWALLET holds out private keys. Since its stuck in my BTC blockchain, i can always get it back using my freewallet BTC private keys. The support had done nothing about it besides asking for more time. No updates, no status. I've attached their replies which you can see that they felt like copy and paste replies.

I really have no idea how long will the extraction process be, but i really think that i've waited long enough. Whoever is reading this, i really need help.

It still doesn't change the fact that you're at fault here. Next time if you don't know what you're jumping to, it wouldn't hurt to do a simple google search.

Try following it up on their social media sites which can be found on the bottom of their site. Bl4nkcode already contacted a user here that's affiliated with freewallet. Unfortunately, Only free wallet can help you in this. Well if more and more users submitted inquiries the amount of workload to be done will increase resulting in a slow response so this might be the reason why they're dragging this.

P.S. I quoted your image for other users to easily see

sg1982, we did receive your refund request, and our team is currently working on it. Unfortunately, cases with cross-chain transactions happen frequently because both Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are based on the common blockchain technology and use the same address format. Every company has their own policy regarding cross-chain transactions made by mistake; we usually attempt to recover funds sent to Freewallet addresses at no additional expenses. Please note that it's a complex procedure that requires a significant amount of time and resources. Our support team will keep you updated, thanks for your understanding!
