eth to trezor

Can it take hours for withdraws from an exchange to the wallet to show up?
I sent some ETH to my Trezor  3.5 hours ago through MEW and there is no transaction hash on etherscan.

That may depend on the load on the exchange and the network, as far as i know. So yes, theoretically it can take a longer peroid of time.
