Sadly that will offer him ZERO level of protection if you cite fraud.

I know this for a fact as I was charged back $700 recently on OTC.

If you plan to sell for PayPal please sell to a trusted user who has other PayPal buys/sales - I would send you PayPal if you wanted it.
