Can you please provide more information about what it is you're trying to accomplish with the "Invisible Internet". I'm a little lost as to what this is.

Also note from the "Getting Started" link, you will have to first connect to the VPN network, then follow the directions to run ethminer as you would normally to connect to any Ethereum mining pool.
