How to invest in altcoins using debit & credit card - 30/11/2017

Am residing in Asian region and am interested to invest, purchase “Altcoins” ( other than Bitcoin, Ethereum ) via payment in US$ with debit, credit card. I am preferably interested in altcoins such as 'Ripple', 'IOTA', 'Syscoin', 'Litecoin'. Which exchanges and wallets are suitable for the altcoins I just mentioned.
Would also like to know the most suitable wallets which allow you to make withdrawals and credit into a bank account for cash (fiat money ).

I have already looked up and seen many negative reviews on the various exchanges and wallet services.
They are accused of being scammers due to clients’ problems in withdrawing, transferring funds and also getting no replies to queries via their “ contact customer support tickets”.

Also is there an easier way to purchase any “Altcoins” via payment in US$ with debit, credit card and convert directly into the altcoin you want to invest in, therefore bypassing bitcoin. That is to say not having to buy into bitcoin first and then only convert into the altcoin you want as required by most of the exchanges.**

You can buy WAVES using your card. If you use the chrome wallet there is an option to pay with a card but the cost is higher than using bitcoin on an exchange. Card is good if waves rises to make up the difference, otherwise an exchange will be cheaper.
