Buying bitcoin without credit card/ debit card etc.

I am looking to buy a small amount of bitcoin, maybe about $100 worth. However, i dont have a credit/debit card. What are my best options for buying bitcoin? please note that i am under 18 years old and living in the united states, so if possible take into account the relevant legal limitations.
