Hi I bought 6 GPU radeon rx580 with motherboard asus z270 p I have updated the bios for motherboard triple checked the wires and secure tight connections on pci risers but I cannot detect the GPUs please if any can help. I tried to install driver again it says drivers are not detected

How many GPU's are undetected? what OS are you using? did you install the right drivers which corresponds to your OS? how about your PSU? how much power rating it has?

what gpu's your op system can not detect ?
how many gpu stays undetected?
what op system are you using ?
what driver version you trying to install ?
what size system memory you have ?
what psu are you using ? what is your psu rated wattage ?

I've just spent 2 weeks on this board and can't get it stable, this is definitely not a beginner motherboard. I suggest returning it but if you want to stick with it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1917749.60 check out this thread

Try to disconnect everything and connect one card at a time, each time reinstalling the driver. If this does not help, replace the motherboard  Grin
