[H] 0.033 btc [N] PayPal, 1:1 preev

AS stated in title, I need Preev 1:1 PayPal and have 0.03BTC.  Please read the rules below.

This will be a neutral-feedback-left transaction.

Local rules:

1) I will deal with no one under Full member, and I don't want anyone under that rank to even comment here.  If you're a Member or below, I will report your post as having broken my local rule.  Don't even PM me if you're below Full Member.

2) I will only deal with trusted members, and that's at my discretion.

3) Preev rate is what we agree on, so don't try to haggle with me.

4) I will not send first, since the risk is all on my side.

5) I will use the "economic" network fee on Mycelium, which may take a while, but I will send the bitcoin right after receiving the PayPal funds.

Now that we got that out of the way, please post here if you're interested.  I will PM you my PayPal address, and you will have to let me know what your bitcoin address is.

That is indeed unfortunate, but if anything changes let me know.   I'd much prefer to sell bitcoin to people I trust--in fact, I won't deal with PayPal with anyone who even gives the impression of being slightly sketchy.  Anyhow, I still need to get this deal done.  I think people are reluctant to buy bitcoin at nearly $11,000 and I get that.  Crazy times we're living in.

Edit: I don't necessarily need to sell the whole 0.033BTC all in one shot, though that would be ideal.   I'm willing to sell it off piecemeal.

Seeing as you're a relatively low-ranked member and have no trust, the answer would be no.  All the risk is on my side of the transaction, with chargeback being the main thing I'm paranoid about.  There's no way I'm going to do a deal with someone who has no history of positive trades.   Sorry, dude.

Well, rank has something to do with it, but there are other ways to get positive trust than PayPal deals in the currency exchange section.  If our positions were reversed and it was you who was selling bitcoin, I'd do the deal in a heartbeat (if you were willing, because you'd be taking the risk of getting a chargeback).  PayPal is not something to screw around with on bitcointalk.  A lot of scams get perpetrated using PP as the vehicle.
