Both fiat and Bitcoin will fall one day, but I'm invested in Bitcoin because fiat will fall first, which will lead to a huge run to Bitcoin. To be fair, they did not really laugh at Columbus. People know the world was round for many many years before Columbus, they just did not know that there was land in between and they under estimated how large the planet really is.
