How to view addresses after sending bitcoin? (bitcoin core)

I know how to view all my wallets that have received bitcoin but can anyone tell me how i view where the outputs came from after ive sent a payment? The only thing i can see when i view the details is the address it was sent to.

Edit, It may be change addresses im looking for but im not sure. What im trying to do is export out all my cash and gold but using "listreceivedbyaddress" i am only getting a portion of my hodlings and not the whole lot.

I was making it more difficult than i need to , Everything should be on show in blockexplorer.
