Shouldn't that mean that it is extended until 15 minutes past the time he made the bid? Since that's how I'm reading it ..

"with a 15 min no snipe zone" meaning at least 15 min, but is rounded up, only 9 min to go anyway 

To each their own. But normally to me that rule would mean 15 minutes since the last bid, but it is your auction .
