If you are American and BFL refuses to return your money you should call the police or your state attorney general.

You think?  Crime is a serious matter.  I'm certain the Kansas City Police department has no interest in having an international criminal enterprise in their district.  If they can't help call the state attorney general or follow the advice in the thread I linked to above.  Besides do you think they really have all that much to do in Missouri?  It's a pretty crime free area so the police and their detectives are probably looking for something interesting to do.  Just mention that the CEO is a mail fraud convicted felon, I'm sure they will listen.

Or, just point them to this thread:

Sure I *guess* you could just take the approach of hiding your head in the sand but if I owned a pre-order I'd be all over this.

BFL needs a lesson in Customer Relations. They treat you like dirt and expect you to wait 10 months (even though they advertise 2+ months which is a joke) once payment is made without argument. By the time you get your ASIC you will probably not profit much at all.

BFL is one of the worst companies ever.

They work for years on their products, lie about release dates, don't give refunds, have crappy costumer relations...

Very fast, glad I didn't spring for a single and just ordered a couple of Jalepenos for fun.
