INS ICO

The INS ICO looked very promising in its pre hype and it may be good.  But, after moving BTC to the INS wallet for purchase of the tokens with bonus, I found that I had to certify myself a non US citizen.  It is less than 24 hours since the transaction but the INS chat channel is now off.  Anyone else with this problem?
