Just spun up this D3

The first board is reporting 100 degrees!

Chain#   ASIC#   Frequency   MH/S(RT)   HW   Temp(PCB)   Temp(Chip)
1                60              537       7118.07     0          47                  100
2                60              537       6549.14     3          45                    70
3                60              537       6076.70     0          47                    73

Is this even possible ? The ambient temperature in the room is about 9 Degrees (yes very very cold)

I only left it on about 3 minutes (enough to configure, reboot and check)

Could this be a bad board ? The fan is running just as well as the rest of my D3s.
Could this be a bug ? Running 11/02/17 firmware

Thanks in advance for you help/advice.
