Just want to try this, let's say to learn how it works at least. But I have 1050ti and ryzen 1600...

So, what is the best options in my case?

- Which coins?

For a beginner the easiest way is to visit the nicehash site. There's a lot of information on construction and the different settings. For starters, you will need to install their software and you can already get coins. The profitability of mining is constantly changing. You will be hard to watch that. Their software automatically algorithms to mining more profitable coins.

I would recommend starting out w/ Nicehash, or maybe Minergate if you want something other than BTC. Outside of that, software will depend on the coin/algorithm. As an example, I currently have a 1050ti and 1070 mining Bitcoin Gold (equihash algo, software = EWBF Zcash miner), and my AMD FX-4300 CPU is mining a bit of Electroneum (cryptonote algo, software = XMR-STAK-CPU). I am also staking a couple of POS coins on this same rig (1337 and Inflation Coin), but that may not be what you're interested in right now...

couldn't agree more. I log in here just to read between clients at work or when im in my "office" asking who #2 works for.

it is kind of hard to get some detailed information on here sometimes as it can be way overhead for a newbie as far as using certain terms and stuff. but you will pick up that stuff as you go. if in doubt, just ask, more people here willing to help than bash you.
