Mate, sorry for your loss. But this is what you're asking to get if you don't use escrow. Look in the thread, every single person that posted above you have requested to deal with an escrow only and not send first.
Most likely he probably just took the pics from eBay and then reused it.
Is he accusing you of scamming? What a joke. You should include all the PM logs as well, and screenshots so that we know exactly what is going on. But as i said - sending first to a junior member without trust a whooping 0.8 BTC is not a good idea at all.
Yes hes accusing me of scamming him now but totally untrue!! He makes no sense in the accusation. First he says he only puts pictures of his stuff for sale with date and user name but not true and you can see that in the listing. Then he claims I scammed him out of a .5 Silver, How LOL? Then in another sentence he says he sold it to a real buyer. I did provide the links in my accusation and proof of payment. This guy is 100% scammer. He still will not reply to any PM messages I sent but has the balls to post bad trust against me.
