Ok, I tried to install a sixth gpu today and everthing went bad. All but 1 gpu show up as Video Controllers( VGA Compatible) in windows Device Manager. I've reinstalled windows, swapped motherboards, reinstalled the drivers countless times with no luck. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do. Has anyone had this problem before. I can't get the original 5 gpus to work with more than one.

I would try resetting motherboard CMOS by shorting respective pins? Try removing GPU drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller DDU? I know you said you swapped motherboards. Just thinking out loud...
