While I'm mining normally with cgminer-3.1.0-win or GUIMiner, after about 1 and a half hours, the GPU fans start running at %100 and I get a white screen or something like this:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/54262149/bm.png
I always check the temps and make sure they're below 95 so they're not overheating.
My mobo is a Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 and I didn't have any problem with it since I bought it 2 years ago.
My GPUs are 2 PowerColor 5670's and they do a good 150Mh/s. They are overclocked but this problem also occurs without overclocking.
This problem doesn't happen while normal usage or gaming.
Drivers aren't up to date because of Crossfire problems with PowerColor 5670's in newer drivers. They are 12.8.
This problem didn't occur until 2 weeks ago.

So what can be the problem?

BTW, I've mined with these cards for about 6 months until I stopped a month ago. Tried it again two weeks ago and this started occuring. Are the cards "worn out"?

95 C° is way to much. Don't go over 72C°. Also Crossfire is not good for mining.

That's what I said in the original post, It never passes 95C. 3 months ago it reached 93C and I immediately stopped mining. It is usually around 68C when mining.

Looks like a test pattern to me.

ATI Overdrive looks something like that when its calculating overclocks.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?

Are you still getting those 90+ deg C temps while you are mining? That is arguably too hot. If I had to guess, your card is not stable at those temps and this is just the result that happens when it crashes.

I know the test pattern but it has the "AMD Overdrive" logo on the lower right corner. The error one doesn't.

I also tried it with crossfire disabled but the problem persists.

No, I don't get temps over 80C. After it was 93C, I cleaned the heatsinks and it's about 60-80C while mining.

Also, my second card sometimes "derps out"

Is it because of the "ULTIMATEH POWAR SAVING TECHNOLOGAY" thing?
