Kraken disabled/limited (euro) withdraw

Kraken.com disabled Euro withdraw (SEPA) and/or limited the withdraw. I have tier 3  and I could only withdraw 1200 euro some days ago, now withdraw limit is euro 0 / disabled. I have made a support ticket, no response yet...

A friend checked his account on kraken and withdraw limit euro is 0 on his account too.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Seems like Kraken does not have to fiat to pay out their users!
