Hi everyone,

This is my first post. I'm interested in supplementing my single-GPU mining rig using Block Erupter USBs. But I'm wondering how to tell whether or not these are scams? BFL is being called a scam by a lot of people! How can I be sure that the thread hasn't been fabricated by the advertiser?

Cheers in advance for your advice.

BFL isn't a scam, they're just so damn slow. BFL products are real and they are shipping albeit VERY, VERY, slowly. How many USB miners do you want to get? If you want to get 50 or more, you might as well get it straight from ASICminer. If you want to get only a few and you live in the US, BTC Guild sells them for only BTC1.05 each, or about $80.

Feeling generous? Like my post? Leave a tip at BTC: 1NZJ8cceqEiKDZGAJged2vNGCyfFMUEYPt

you could say that BFL isn't a scam, but bitcoin mining is extremely competitive and relies very much on current difficulty. The longer you wait the high the difficulty becomes and the less profit you will make.
