You should be able to withdraw via Dwolla at 25 cents. We're working on a few other options for cheap withdrawals that should be online soon.

Tradehill just reacts slower, but too slow to take your BTC or USD from Gox to TH or vice versa to take advantage.  Right now the difference in market price is only 0.04 USD.
