WTB S9 Antminers with PSU Phoenix, AZ New to the board, but is serious.

My account is new, my post count zero. So I feel like I should explain a little bit so people take my offer seriously.

I, along with several other people are pooling our money to get into mining so I am looking for some S9 miners with their PSUs. I am in the process of getting a building built....but I seem to have put my cart before the proverbial horse. And now, here I am, seeking people who are willing to sell me their miners for a fair price. I will list the basics.

Location is Phoenix AZ
New is PREFERRED.
LIGHTLY used is okay. No failed components. Proof would be required.

Will pay through Paypal or BTC or Check or Cash. Paypal will be used for anything that needs to be shipped.
If someone wants to come by and drop them off, after I test to see if they work (assuming they do) I would be willing to pay by check, cash, or BTC...somehow.

Assuming the items work AND their used condition, I am willing to pay between 2500 and 3000. If you want more I am willing AND able to negotiate.
