Certainly.

I don't know much of BCH, as I just traded all of them back to bitcoin in August 2017, but I think Electrum Cash is able to do that.

Alternatively, you can insert your BTC Legacy Address in a multicurrency wallet, such as coinomi, and insert your bitcoin address there. Then add BCH wallet and it will probably load the balance as well.

Legacy addresses for Bitcoin Cash is just a way of representing the public address in a different format (cashaddr format), to make it distinct from Bitcoin address. There is no difference in keys (private or public).
