Electrum processing time from Blueshyft

Hi all - made a small bitcoin purchase at Newsagent using "Blueshyft" via the bitcoin.com.au platform.

Bitcoin.com.au confirmed the transaction as processed.

My electrum wallet shows the transaction as paid, but unconfirmed. How long should this ordinarily take to confirm?

Note: I did not specify the fee when I made the purchase. However, in order to process via Blueshift, I had to specify the Request Amount on electrum so that it generated a QR code. I entered the 'market rate' for bitcoin, but I understand this varies every second, so not sure if it was valid at the time of purchase.

Originally, electrum stated that 2 blocks were needed to process the transaction. That has since increased to 5 blocks.
