WTB a pair of S9's

I'm looking to buy a pair of Antminer S9's, with power supplies, from anyone here in the US who can ship them in a reasonable time frame. I'm looking for the batches that hit at least 13.5 TH/s. Slightly used is ok, but no failed asics, or other damage that might impede on my hashing as soon as they arrive. I wouldn't mind using Paypal or BTC. Whatever works best for the seller. Let me know if there is anyone out there who has what I need and is looking to offload it for a fair price. I'd like to have no more than $3500 in hardware costs, so that is my offer for two working units with power supplies. I would prefer to use escrow, but I am new here and wouldn't know the reputable members. I'm sure someone can point me in the right direction if I'm able to find anyone willing to let go of their s9's at this price point. I'm a real guy with real money. A rarity it seems. I'm not interested in watching the difficulty rise while I wait on gear from BitMain. With my luck, I'd get caught up in customs and the whole nine yards. Thanks for reading.
