Announcement: Changes in VCX purchase mechanism

➡️In order to give the priority to the investors who have made deposit to their accounts yet still create an environment for fair competition, we would like to make some changes in VCX Purchase mechanism as follow:
1. Enable the deposit function
2. Upgrade the purchase VCX function: Now investors can buy VCX directly with the BTC/ETH they deposited to their accounts. The orders with deposited BTC/ETH will be given the priority to be processed first. Investors can deposit BTC/ETH to their accounts at any time.
3. Crowd-sale session to purchase VCX: from 00:00 AM to 03:00 AM daily during the ICO (UTC-07:00)
