If you mean you're using blockchain wallet, then yeah, the dynamic fee adjustment there hasn't been very good and seems to screw up even more during peak network use. Gotta learn to use manual fees as mentioned above from now on

Yeah, viabtc opens only for 100 txs every hour, around the hour. You can imagine hundreds of others are trying to submit as well... so you've got a wait ahead of you. If you're really desperate check out the Services section for threads that offer free acceleration:
