I just slapped together a mining rig and one card isn't registering. any help would be fantastic!

Windows 7 only supports up to 4 AMD GPU's. Update to Windows 10 for free while you can. The assitive technologies loophole ends on Dec. 31.

You can try :
1. Check a cable PCIe USB Riser.
2. Move to other PCIe slots.
3. Plug your Cards, One by one.
4. Patch your atikmdag, using atikmdag patcher.
5. Patch your Win Registry using 6GPUs patcher.
6.Check your drivers if using multiple series.
