Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash match from fork on August 1st. 2017

I had bitcoin stored on Electrum during the August 1st. fork and still have not been credited with an equal amount of BitCoin Cash.  Please let me know what is happening with this and/or where I can contact to get this taken care of.

There is a process that you will have to do in order to claim your BCH. If you're thinking that it will just pop-up in your wallet, It's not

Since you're using electrum it will be much easier compared to others. Just install a BCH wallet called electron cash and open your electrum wallet file using it.
