Bitcoin Price Slides Under $7,600 as Market Dips Below $300 Billion

Bitcoin has fallen below the $7,600 mark for the first time since March 19. Earlier today, the price of bitcoin dropped to $7,530, after peaking at $8,150 less than 20 hours ago.

As of this post, bitcoin is sitting on 6823 USD price according to preev and somehow I think it is a good sign that bitcoin is not dropping fast compared to the bearish trend it has shown way back after the gox incident. This is a good indicator that history would not repeat itself and a great sign of bitcoin's resilience. For now, the best thing to do right now if one haven't sold yet is to hold, although that is the case, I think this isn't the best time to buy some coins.

price has already fallen big time, current price is about 65% lower than the ATH and we have had up to 70% drop so far. and it had little to do with Gox thing. but i agree that if they haven't sold already then it is way too late to start doing it now that price has fallen this much.

Anyone that is riding the trend of selling their bitcoins and adding to the price decrease are in panic and don't have any plans to hold for long term. As the price goes lower what will be the best thing to do is to hold or buy. If you intend to sell during this dip then you are being affected by the FUD or you are wise as a day trader to cut loss and jump off into other coins but I don't advice this to do.

Well we all know that after the December madness, there are a lot of newbie investors who got burned. And as for the last 3 months of so, there are a lot of experienced traders who doesn't want to hold that long seeing how volatile the market is. Every dips they buy and when we thought that we are out of the woods, they immediately dump  talking small margin of profits. Plus the FUD really added fuel to the fire that those who are in for the long haul, just decided to sell off and probably not coming back anytime soon. Personally though, another perfect time for those who have been in the game for so long. Purchase it when the price is at a discount then sold when it bounce back. $7,100 is really quite cheap so I don't know why people are still no jumping in today.

And the price went down again and has seen in $6,800 so that really made those newbie investors totally burned inside. I know what they are feeling right now is like they don't want to invest in bitcoin anymore but due to this if they know that there's an advantage of taking this dip seriously is to buy when there's a dip.

The Crypto market is little green in current Status but it will continue or not we don't predict the future possibilities because it is not a big hike in market. I hope Bitcoin will again going to pump in next month or tomorrow because all are waiting for past three month still we can't judge the crypto platform stability.

Holding coins should be the best solution of this situation. This price drop is okay as it is bitcoin's nature to fluctuate. So, hold on your patience because the price is going to recover fully in this year.         

the problem is most of those keep on saying HODL are those in deep trouble and just a seconds away from selling their bitcoins because the truth is thats the only funds they have and what they need to live..this is the problem thats happening now thats why market continues to fall..and this scenario gives those whales a chance to keep on buying while the small holders keep on selling to stop the loss

This is now in a 3 months with this bearish market as the rebound is just small increment with a bigger dumps. I'm still hoping that more new investors with a hold mentality will join and buy bitcoin to ease a little percentage of the price as I keep holding and waiting for the bounce back with a better price soon.

Selling is obviously not a right decision. You will miss the profits when bitcoin will rise again. I think it is time to think as why the market is so down ? Has the people given up on crypto or they are waiting for bitcoin to dip a bit more so that they can buy cheap.
Whatever maybe the case, Moving below 7000$ will be an alarming sign for all of us.

Well for a while it did slip below 7k. But you'r right. A plunging market isn't the time to sell. But low sell high right? If you're not sure of what to do then stick to that saying. This happening is causing a pretty good panic attack for many people
