Will bitcoin reach $20,000 by beginning of 2018?

As we have seen massive increase in the value of bitcoin i mean more than 100% growth in last 6 month but on the other hand there are speculations that by New Year the value of bitcoin might come down but again there are some speculations that it will increase so do you think value of bitcoin will cross the new benchmark of $20,000 by the end of this year of beginning of 2018 ?

The only ones who are going to decide the price are the investors. If everybody decides to sell, then it will go down like crazy.

If everybody buys more, then it will go up, and everytime that it goes up, it is hyping it by itself, that is why everytime that bitcoin makes a spike, it does another pump because no one want to miss that opportunity. (just simple math)

Everything is going to be decided in a few hours from now, once that the futures are released, everybody is going to sell or buy, it only depends on how does it goes on the next hours.

But probably it will be on those levels if everything is fine before the end of the year.

I think it is safe to say that nobody can predict where it has going. It has moved over 1000% in the last couple years and there are some investors who bought in at the peak price of $17,000+. Unless something drastic were to happen like government bans or exploits were discovered, it could easily continue upwards.

Don't really think it will reach 20k in less than one month. It will probably stabilize on it's actual price for a while now that we just passed a moment of frenesy.

I this this guy is right. Unless some major issue comes up, it could easily proceed on growing like it did in the past years. Don't really know how fast will it be but it has the potential to reach a value way greater than 20k, if given enough time.

i think very dificult early 2018 bitcoin price can reach 20k dollar
because usually in early year bitcoin price down trend, maybe midle or end year 2018 bitcoin price can reach 20k dollar
