building 19 gpu mining rig the problem is.....

hi all members
hope am posting in right section
am building 19 GPU mining rig the problem is i can't get more than 1000 watt powers for some reason customs not allow more than 1000 watt here in Egypt ,so i'll need three power supplies maybe even more
can i use more than 2Psu-D to connect more than two power supplies if it can be need explanation how it could be and with pics please if it possible
