Looking to buy either Bitmain S9 or L3+

Hello,  sure I'm late to the mining game, but would like to still start.

I'm looking to buy either a new or used Bitmain S9 for $2360USD or the Bitmain L3 for+$1650USD.
I'll pay an additional $180 for the PSU also.
