Open Trading Network missing transaction

Hi,

I have just signed up and it appears i cant post where i wanted to post the question.  I need help for a transaction on the OTN network.  I bought some OTN on Cryptopia and sent it to my Mist wallet.  After 4 days it hasnt arrived.  I have made sure i have synced with the network.  I have received other coins successfully to this wallet.  I have looked for the transaction ID on etherscan and it says it cannot be found.  I have also search for my wallet address on etherscan and it only shows my 1 other coin and not any OTN coins.  According to Cryptopia the transaction was succesfull.

Please help.  Sorry if this is in a wrong sections but this is a new account ans i cant past anywhere else.
