Yeah and I thought it's another bitcoin fork coming the thread title is misleading and is meant to capture reader's attention but this is another shitcoin in the making in ethereum platform I don't see how this coin will become a popular token in the market.

Let me try to understand this: you are saying that using ETH as a payment method is not ideal but using your 2nd-layer-token on top of ETH is, and you are accepting ETH as a form of payment for that? Mmmmh. A form of payment needs, among the other things, adoption and a 2nd-layer-token will never have more than the ETH itself. This is basically just another blank eBTC-style, aimless ERC20 token
