No one is going to give you a code for free, or at least, if you are not a developer or if you do not have any knowledge about how to code, you are not going to be able to do anything.

Better to put some effort & money and try to hire a good developer for doing it for you.

But if you copy a code, nothing is going to happen to you because those codes are mostly in github

if you really want to make new cryptocurrency i suggest you not to, but if still want to do that you still can an ethereum token that easier to build than a full node or something im not really understand.
