i have found the best way to talk to them is to  add to skype

btc-e.com

and use google translate into russian and then explain the whole story. i have tried with other issues writing in english, 3 responses saying funds not deposited even though that was not the question.. then after they read the ready prepared russian translation they responded very fast.

dont pass over emails or passwords(no log in details). just the username of the btc-e account along with the story.

EG:

пpивeт. мoe имя пoльзoвaтeля: xxxxxxx 2 нeдeли нaзaд я пocлaл $ YYYY к вaм. бaнк пoдтвepждaeт мoи дeньги были дocтaвлeны: Maйзyc Финaнcoвыe ycлyги, LTD

-
replace xxxxxxx with your btc-e username (the public one that appears on trollbox)
replace YYYY wit the amount sent.

the translation translates to this
hi. my username is: xxxxxxx 2 weeks ago i sent $xxxx to you. my bank confirms the money was delivered to: Mayzus Financial Services, LTD

Bad news for me is that I have BTC-E account and prepare to start some thing on it.
Good news for me is your post suggests me not to deposit and exchange on it.  Sad

what they are saying is message them back with the payment references account numbers etc. that is what is meant as not seeing payment instructions..

hopefully these details match yours

Details of Payment:   FFC ACC.YYYYYYYY, TRANSFER TO OWN ACC ID XXXX

usually when you do a wire transfer to them your bank has a box that says reference or details of payment. that is where you would put the ' details of payment'. where the XXXX Account ID is your unique usernumber which is 4 digits long

i Y'd out their account number so that it doesnt invade their privacy. compare the rest of the bank details you sent to with the details found on the deposit area of the finances tab inside your account.

if you put in something different in the reference/details of payment box. tell them exactly what you wrote so they can match it to yours.
also ask your bank for the day/time it arrived at their end to help them look through their payment logs.

BTC-e are usually great if you get passed the language barrier
