The verification process was a pain in the *ss (it took days), but it's settled now.
I don't understand your fees when buying, for example: spend 100€, receive 0.0064 BTC=92€ at the time of writing. So you take 8% fee. I think it's a lot, but I can live with that.
Now my real problem, is when I try to SEND (MY bitcoin, that I have bought from you, for which you already took 8% out of my payment) from bitpanda wallet (my bitcoins are here in first place because you don't give us other option Angry , let us input our own address, of our own wallet where we want our coins to be delivered) to my wallet, for example electrum, you charge 0.00174570 BTC=25€, 25 *ucking €! Let me put it this way, to move 0.00593829 BTC from Bitpanda to Electrum you charge "Transaction fee: 0.00174570 BTC"? That's 29.40% you *razy *uckers Shocked   Plus 8% you took previously?
So let's recap, I have 100€ and want to buy BTC, and store them in my electrum wallet, because it should be more secure than holding them in your online wallet. After I pay all of your insane fees(8% for buying and 29.4% for sending), I have 64€ in my electrum wallet.

With love,
Your customers
