For the moment I know...

Etherdelta (I will avoid this one since it was hacked)
Waves decentralised exchange, available in the waves wallet.
Radar Relay
CEDEX which finished the ICO recently.
WAX for digital goods (not tokens)

Do you know any other? Any opinion on them? Any of them are usable and have certain volume?

In the very near future, many decentralized exchanges are expected to appear. About a dozen teams have already announced the creation of exchanges based on the 0x protocol. The first such project to reach the stage of open beta testing was RadarRelay, and operator OasisDEX MakerDAO has already announced a partnership with 0x in further development. October 10 will ICO AirSwap, but for now the undoubted leader remains EtherDelta, by the way, developed without any kind of third-party funding.

I think the most popular decentralized exchange is ETHERDELTA. Even though its outdated and not very user-friendly interface. I think that now there are no competitors around.

That indeed has merit. That leads me to think that we should start assessing the real value of some business whose main value proposition is a piece of code that is open source and just around 1000 lines long.

Etherdelta-as they said above, probably the only reliable solution, where it's not terrible to make exchanges.

Agreed, Etherdelta is the best so far although all we know some issue there. I also use Waves decentralized exchange, but a lot token there have no buy order or just very low price. May be next time will launch some decentralized exchange and i hope it will better.

I agree, the Waves decentralised exchange could use some market making efforts from the Waves platform. You cannot expect to launch a market and make it work without some kickstarting, even if it's bots.
