Anyone know if that CPU works with that board without a flash? I dont have another CPU to put it it just to flash and the 1840 is the cheapest 1150 i can find (Canada). heh

Yes. I have the same setup with no problem. It's also on the CPU compaibility list with PCB Version 6.x
