Duplicating token symbol is there any problem with that ? Please I want to know because I have duplicated token symbol not knowing it already on coinmarketcap and I want to list it on exchanges like bittrex and idex, forkedelta.

There could be any number of ERC20 contracts deployed with the name string variable. However, each one of these contracts has a unique Ethereum contract address. There's no rule prohibiting duplicate token symbols. Search in EtherScan's token page and you'll see there are lots.

The biggest problem that might happen is confusing or misleading users. This is just for Ethereum though I am not sure how NEO works specifically, but I can assume its the same process.
