I bought mine on bittrex and have stored them in myetherwallet for the longest time. I guess it would depend on what your plan for it would be. If you plan on long term hodling it then it would be better off as a token in your ethereum wallet. That way, in the off chance that bittrex gets shut down, you will still have access to your coin. If you plan on trading it for short term gains then i guess it wouldnt hurt keeping it on bittrex.
