Claymore 10.2 (XMR) configs only applying to GPU0

I disabled a single GPU in my config (I have 5 GPUs in my rig that will be on Claymore and 1 that will be on XMR-STAK-AMD).  My configs only seem to apply to my first GPU (#0); all others GPUs run at stock.  I've tried comma-separated values for each GPU and this does not work either.  Is there another way of applying configs to all GPUs (obviously not the disabled one)?

You must disable Crossfire, only then you can put them to work properly.
