ICO ranking websites - can any of them be trusted?

There are a lot of websites presenting reviews and rankings of the different ICO’s.  Can any of these be trusted?  I know that in the end will I have to make my own investigations and evaluations, but where to start? 

I take it for granted that some of these webpages are just scam pages made to promote ICO’s that does not derserve any attention at all, but maybe not all of them?
